1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at the following address: contact.nhworkshop@gmail.com.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.). Any damaged, incomplete, or used product cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at contact.nhworkshop@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.
- Send the package to the address that will be communicated to you by our customer service. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Product Exchange
In the event of an exchange request, and subject to stock availability, we will send you the replacement product upon receipt and validation of the return of the original item.
5. Reimbursement
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you of the validation or rejection of your refund. If your request is validated, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the return.
6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Certain categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged, including personalized or custom-made items, sealed products that have been opened, and consumable items.
