1. Right of Withdrawal

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.). Any damaged, incomplete, or used product cannot be refunded or exchanged.3. Return Procedure

- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, along with the invoice or delivery note.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

In the event of an exchange request, and subject to stock availability, we will send you the replacement product upon receipt and validation of the return of the original item.5. Reimbursement
