Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery Rates: Standard delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. You will be notified of these charges when you confirm your order.

1. Right of Withdrawal

2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.). Any damaged, incomplete, or used product cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Reimbursement
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged, including personalized or custom-made items, sealed products that have been opened, and consumable items.
